If you choose to make a deposit using a credit/debit card please be advised that Cryptoments only accepts Visa or MasterCard due to their innovative security using encryption technology, thus providing the highest protection for all their clients.

FUNDING BY BANK WIRE

Should you choose to make a deposit using your personal bank, Cryptoments is happy to announce that this option is also available. Prior to wiring funds into your newly opened Cryptoments account, please check with your bank for additional charges or fees on wire transfers. MAKING A WITHDRAWAL

There will be a time when a client will want profits to be sent back to them such as in the case of a withdrawal request. Cryptoments will at the receipt of such request check to see that all required steps, circumstances and required information relating to your account have all been successfully met. Once an account is approved for a withdrawal, Cryptoments will gladly process the request which will take no longer than seven business days. The funds will then be released to the client which could be delayed by 48 due to the world-wide banking system which Cryptoments has no control over.

Just as clients are unwavering that their deposits are safe, we are as firm about the fund’s safety when they are being returned to them. For this Cryptoments follows strict anti-money laundering practices by sending withdrawals back to the originating bank account or credit/debit card used. So if you used a credit/debit card that card will be credited. If you used a bank account we will wire money back to that same account. Please be aware that the minimum withdrawal amount is 50 units the accounts base currency (USD, EUR or GBP). There is a 3.5 percent withdrawal processing fee that is applicable to credit or debit card orders, while wire withdrawals are subject to a $20 fee.

REFUND POLICY


When a Client funds money into their account with the Company per to the amenities offered by the Company through the website,
the Company reserves the right to reimburse / send back to the Client any amounts received in any of the following events:


(a) Upon the Client’s desire, and subject to the Client’s balance with the Company and subject to the Client being in full compliant. or


(b) Mutual arrangement between Company and Client. or


(c) The Company’s guidelines for facilitation of services have not been met by the Client. or


(d) Upon expiry of the contractual relations between the Parties with or without cause. Although subject to any debt of the Client towards the Company.

REQUESTING A WITHDRAWAL

All request to withdraw money must be made using an official Cryptoments "Withdrawal Request" form. You can download this form directly from our website or by sending an email to [email protected]. Please ensure to state your Cryptoments account number and the amount you want to withdraw. We will send you an official ‘Withdrawal Request’ form, which you must complete and return.
Before we can process any withdrawal request, while simultaneously safeguarding your funds, Cryptoments requires certain compliance documentation to be in-place in your account records. Such as:

  • Proof of identity, such as a valid government issued driver’s license or passport
  • Proof of address, including recent utility bills or bank statements with your name and address
  • Color copies of any debit or credit cards used to fund your account
  • Declaration of Deposit confirming all of the deposits made into your Cryptoments account

Cryptoments maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering policy with strict procedural measures to prevent fraud. Therefore, with respect to credit and debit cards, if the amount you wish to withdraw exceeds the sum total of deposits you have already made using that card, then the excess will not be sent to that card. In this situation, we will ask you to send us details of a bank account where we will be able to legally send your money.
